Encompassing some of the more traditional flavors of English food, mainly the English Breakfast, l'Anglaise is a blend of Egg, Bacon and cheese, coming together in a smooth, flavorful galette, nicely complemented by the much lighter buckwheat.

With the delicate flavor of Atlantic Smoked Salmon, specially prepared locally by chef Michel Cordon Bleu, La Scandinave is a flavor for more refined palates.
